PT Blessindo Inti Land (BIL) was established on 11 June 2008 as an industrial estate development for medium and light industry.
BIL business model is to provide easy means for businesses and entrepreneurs to set up or expand their manufacturing, warehouse, and office base in the Jabodetabek area.
BIL industrial estate is built on a masterplan of 360 ha. To date, BIL has completed the development of Phase 1 of 50 ha which is sold out. BIL is now developing Phase 2 of 120 ha and has acquired a land bank of 87 ha. Licenses include AMDAL, ANDAL LALIN, SITE PLAN, PERTEK BPN, PEIL BANJIR.
BIL also owns a portfolio 12 warehouses for rental income and plans to increase the size of the portfolio to generate recurring income in the future.
The development of Phase 2 is expected to take between 3-5 years.
